WHO ARE WE
Founders Jerry and Martha Wright have taken the five years of experience in a former company which they partnered in, and hand-picked members of the staff with the most experience and started the RIGHT Property Management Company. The knowledgeable staff consists of property managers, finance managers, maintenance and a community website administrator all with over 10-25years experience. We are a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization representing community associations nationwide which keeps us current with rapidly changing issues facing community associations both statewide and nationally.
JEREMIAH F. WRIGHT, JR. Working Partner
Jerry brings 10 years experience with Delmarva Power as the Wilmington District Manager. He had responsibilities for all facets of Customer Service, including operation of the telephone center with 65 employees, credit and collection responsibilities, budget preparation, policy and procedure development and implementation, as well as resolving the most difficult customer problems.
Mr. Wright also has combined seven years of experience in the areas of Marketing Services and field construction of electric and gas utilities. Additionally he has ten years experience in the field of Purchasing and Materials Management involving acquisition of materials and contract construction services.
He is a graduate of the University of Delaware in Business Administration and is a native Delawarean. He and his family have maintained a home in Sussex County for 30 years and upon his retirement, he became a full-time resident.
Jerry has been actively involved in managing contractor performance in many of our communities. He has obtained his pool operator certification and is actively involved in managing the pool contractors in our communities and also operates the Architectural Review Board process in various communities that we manage that are in the Construction Phase.
Jerry has provided several communities with Capital Reserve Studies. One of his strong points is his ability to see what needs to be done in a particular community and develop a long-term plan for addressing all facets of the maintenance and repair needed.
MARTHA WRIGHT Working Partner
Martha is a Business Graduate of Goldey Beacom College with years of experience as an Administrative Assistant for Hercules and Columbia Gas. She has worked for the State of Delaware as Secretary to the Commission on Children and Youth and is active in Childrens rights issues on the State and National Level. Martha has served as an Officer on several Homeowners Associations and Property Owners Associations. Her experience has extended to the County level where she served as an officer on the County Homeowners Council.
She has worked in Sales and Marketing for several different firms, taught school and worked with troubled children in non-residential settings. She brings sales, management and customer care experience to our company.
During the last five years, Martha has managed many communities including Henlopen Station (72 units) and Rehoboth Beach Gardens with 48 town homes, 21 Ocean High Rise in North Shores, Breakwater Beach, The Retreat as well as Opal which was a motel conversion to exquisite town homes. Excellence in Customer Service has always been part of her training and she has brought that discipline to her work in the communities that she manages.
Additionally, Martha has acted as our outside sales representative and has become quite knowledgeable about the Covenants and Rules and Regulations of various communities. She has been able to help write revisions to their Covenants and has also filed them with the County. She has led various new Boards through transition from Developer to the Homeowners Association management or Condominium Association management.
Martha is a Certified Property Manager and continues to pursue courses through the Community Association Institute which is the Profession Organization for Property Managers.
